Here are some of the most frequently asked questions :)
When will I recieve my order?
As products are made to order, it generally takes anywhere from 3-7 days to create the products and will be shipped as soon as possible.
Covid-19: Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, please be aware that orders may take longer to fulfil on some occasions as delays in shipping carriers and suppliers can be impacted at any time, we ask that you please understand as we venture during these unpresedented times.
A general estimate of how long shipping will take depending on country/ region:
America: 3-4 business days
Europe: 6-8 business days
Australia: 2-14 business days
Japan: 4-8 business days
International: 10-20 business days
Where will my order be shipped from?
Some of our products are facilitaed by an on demand order fulfilment company which has facilities world wide!
What do I do if I havent recieved my order yet?
Before getting in touch with me, please help me out by doing the following
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
If the shipping address was correct and the package wasnt left at the post office or at your neighbor's, get in touch with me here with your order number included.
If you did happen to find a mistake in your delivery address, get in contact with me ASAP and I may be able to send a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order is shipped :)
What’s your return policy?
Unfortunately as each product is custom made, we don't offer returns or exchanges. However if there is something wrong with your order such as damaged or wrong products recieved, please email me ASAP with pictures and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email me at smolboiscollection@gmail.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at smolboiscollection@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
As each piece is made to order, we don't offer exchanges for ordering the wrong size/ colour. If you are unsure about what size would fit you, check out the sizing chart HERE.
